INGREDIENTS
  • 70 pc (250 g) Black OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 pc Garlic clove (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Whole grain mustard sauce
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh thyme (de-stem)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Bread slices

PREPARATION
  • In a mortar toss in the chopped garlic clove, the fresh thyme and dash of pepper.
  • Add in the black olives and the whole grain mustard sauce and capers.
  • Mash until finely textured.
  • Add the extra virgin olive oil and garnish generously with fresh parsley.
  • Enjoy with bread slices.
