Spanish olive and mango salsa
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup or 70 g pimento stuffed OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 2 pcs ripe mangoes (diced)
- 1 pcs raw mango (diced)
- 2 ripe tomatoes (diced)
- 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
- 4 pcs green onions ( finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp coriander, (roughly chopped)
- 1 pc lemon (juice)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
