Spanish marinated olives
- 60 pcs (200 g) Pimento Stuffed, Green and Black OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 8 pcs Garlic cloves (sliced)
- ½ pc Orange zest (cut into ½ inch julienne)
- ½ pc Lemon zest (cut into ½ inch julienne)
- 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- ½ tbsp Red pepper flakes
Preparation time:20 minutes
Level of difficulty:Easy
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and marinate at room temperature at least 15- 20 min.
- Can keep it in the fridge up to 1 week.
