Spanish marinated olives

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 pcs (200 g) Pimento Stuffed, Green and Black OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 8 pcs Garlic cloves (sliced)
  • ½ pc Orange zest (cut into ½ inch julienne)
  • ½ pc Lemon zest (cut into ½ inch julienne)
  • 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
  • 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp Red pepper flakes

PREPARATION
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and marinate at room temperature at least 15- 20 min.
  • Can keep it in the fridge up to 1 week.
