Rosemary and lemon marinated olives from Spain
INGREDIENTS
- 50 pc (180 g) Green OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 4 pcs Fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 pc Lemon zest
- 4 pcs Garlic (peeled and cut into slivers)
- 5 g Freshly ground pepper

EasyPREPARATION
- Combine the Spanish green olives, rosemary, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 min.
- Serve with pita, flatbread, or baguette slices.
