Red Hot Chilli Olives
INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar whole queen OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 1 pc Onion
- ½ pc Leek
- 3-4 tbsp Soya sauce
- 4-5 pcs garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste

EasyPREPARATION
- In a blender, make a paste with all ingredients but the olives
- In a bowl, add the paste and the olives. Combine all together.
- Refrigerate and let all the ingredients blend together for a minimum 2-3 days in the fridge before eating.
