Orange and mint marinated olives
INGREDIENTS
- 80 pc (250 g) Green OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pc Whole dried red pepper
- 2 pcs Whole garlic cloves (peeled)
- ½ tsp Mild red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint
- ¼ tsp Black (or mixed) peppercorns
- ½ pc Orange peels (½ inch)

EasyPREPARATION
- In a large bowl, mix Spanish green olives with the oil.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15-20
