Mediterranean spiced marinated olives
INGREDIENTS
- 50 pc (200 g) Green OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Ground coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 pc Grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Flat Parsley Leaf (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste

EasyPREPARATION
- In a large bowl, mix Spanish green olives with the oil.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Wrap and refrigerate for 15 mins.
- Bring to room temperature before serving. The mixture can be kept for a week.
